OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR CAD $100.

Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, you and Four Cents waive any right to bring or take part in a class action or representative proceeding.

We may suspend or end your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or if we need to protect our website, our users, or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
