Can custom software replace our ERP?
It can, but it does not always need to. If your ERP handles finances well but misses the shop floor, we often build a production and scheduling layer around it. If the ERP itself is the bottleneck, we scope a replacement in phases so you are never without a working system.
Will it connect to our machines?
Where your equipment or controllers can export data, we integrate it so job and machine data flows automatically. Where they cannot, we use barcode scanning and simple operator screens so the shop floor still captures accurate data without extra paperwork.
We are a small manufacturer. Is custom software overkill?
Not necessarily. We scope a small first phase around one gap, such as scheduling or inventory, so the cost matches the return. Many smaller Ontario plants start there and grow the system as it proves out.
Do you support food-grade or regulated traceability?
